Yes — Annual (10% off, one visit a year) and Biannual (15% off, spring and fall). Screens are included in your visit and discounted right along with everything else. Your rate also locks in for 12 months. Mention you're interested when you request a quote.
Yes — WE Windows carries general liability insurance. If you're a property manager or HOA and need a certificate of insurance, just let us know when you request your quote.
Yes. We offer exterior-only or full interior + exterior cleaning — whichever fits what you need. Just note your preference when you request a quote.
Windows are priced per pane depending on interior/exterior, with a $125 minimum per visit for the whole house — not per service. Screens are $3 each, plus a $25 flat fee any time we're the ones removing them. Gutters and solar are quoted after we see the property, since every setup is different.
We're based in Lawrence and generally travel up to about 45 minutes, including into the Kansas City metro (Overland Park, Leawood, and similar areas). If you're on the edge of that range, reach out and we'll let you know.
Yes, we come fully equipped — including a water-fed pole system for higher or hard-to-reach windows. You don't need to provide anything.
